Olusegun Olanipekun is the pioneer and founder of ‘The Abrahamic Foundation’, as the umbrella entity for other initiatives pioneered by him, including: The Institute for Christian Leadership Development, Africa Leadership Summit (A biennial Leadership Summit hosted in Jerusalem), Africa-Israel Chamber of Commerce, Africa Youth Camp, among others.

Olusegun obtained, LLM in Constitutional Law at the University of Pretoria (on going), LLB from University of South Africa, Bachelor of Education degree in English/History from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria
He conducts and organizes conferences and seminars around local and global contemporary issues and has travelled over 25 countries of the world as a guest minister in churches and conferences.


Isak has a range of interests, reflected by his educational and professional careers, currently studying artificial intelligence techniques and implications while leading the technical team of a small FinTech startup.
Isak Potgieter has completed a BA Information Design, a BSc Honours Applied Mathematics and is in the final year of an MIT Data Science at the University of Pretoria.

He has worked as a freelancer on projects involving web development, graphic design, animation and copywriting. As a part–time lecturer at the Visual Arts Department, University of Pretoria, he has conducted various practical projects, mainly focusing on interactive interfaces, including graphic design, user experience, animation and development.
He has worked as a consultant with Singularity∞ to develop an online performance management platform for educational and sports organisations that connect performance areas, including all academic subjects, sports, attendance, cultural activities and discipline, into one centralised system.
He is the technical lead at ADDaBIT, a versatile FinTech platform that facilitates access to investments, crowdfunding, funeral covers, mobile top-ups, network marketing and a growing list of subscriptions with minimal barriers to entry and zero usage fees.


Busi Dziba is the founder and Managing Director of BonguLwazi Consulting which specializes in Human and Organisational Empowerment for women, youth and organisations since September 2015. She has over 18 years’ experience in driving Human Resources operations; designing performance management strategies and assessing organization’s performance; developing organizational effectiveness surveys and analyzing results; building employee capability through facilitating transformational programmes; facilitating cultural operating system, among other things.

At BonguLwazi Consulting, she enables organizations to effectively deliver on their strategies through their people, processes and practices; facilitates skill development programmes for youth such as work readiness training and unlocks women’s potential through unpacking insights impacting women in their different roles. Busi’s passion for women empowerment has led her to pioneer dialogues for women who are raising children with special needs.

She also founded BonguLwazi Montessori School which has a vision of seeing purpose-driven children reaching their fullest potential. At BonguLwazi Montessori, we partner with children in their journey of discovery and cultivate a sense of continuous learning. We offer children between the age of 8 months and 6 years old with a solid educational foundation in preparation for their primary education and their future careers.

Before becoming an entrepreneur, Busi worked for some of South Africa big multinational corporates like The Foschini Group, South African Breweries and MTN Group. At MTN Group, she oversaw performance management and related functions in more than 22 countries across Africa and the Middle East. Busi holds both Master and Bachelor of Science Degrees in Human Resources Management from Utah State University (USA) and a National Diploma in Marketing from the Cape Peninsula University of Technology (South Africa).


Rachael is the Chief Operating Officer of the Abrahamic Foundation. She is the Head of Administration, Africa Leadership Summit. Rachael levers the management of The Abrahamic Foundation and maintenance of compliant status of all entities affiliated with the Abrahamic Foundation: Non Profit Company (NPC) registration and annual submission with Companies & Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC), Non-Profit Organisation (NPO) registration and annual submission with Ministry of Social Development, Non-Profit Company and Non-Profit Organization’s Public Benefit Organisation (PBO) registration, tax exempt and tax compliant with South Africa Revenue Services (SARS). 

Rachael holds Masters in Education Management, Law, and Policy Studies, from University of Pretoria (on going); Bachelor of Education (Honors) in Education Management, from University of South Africa; Bachelor of Education in Guidance and Counseling from University of Ibadan, Nigeria, and Certificate in Education, Oyo State College of Education, Ila-Orangun, Nigeria.
