The Abrahamic Foundation is:

- An incorporated Not for profit corporation with the state of North Carolina. SOSID: 2085892
- A tax-exempt public charity under section 501(c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Donations are tax deductible.
A registered entity in the Republic of South Africa, with the following status:
- Section 21 company with Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC): Registration No: 2017/24819/08
- Non-Profit Organisation (NPO) with Department of Social Development. Registration No: 202-671 NPO
- Public Benefit Organisation with the South Africa Revenue Service (SARS). Reference No: 930069655
- A tax-exempt public charity in South Africa under Section 18A (1) a of the Income Tax Act. Donations are tax deductible.
GOALS
Two main goals of the Foundation are:
- Promoting Africa-Israel relationship
- Promoting Nation Building initiatives programmes across the continent of Africa
The Abrahamic Foundation promotes Africa – Israel relationship through the following initiatives among others:
AFRICA LEADERSHIP SUMMIT – A biennial Leadership Summit in Jerusalem that attracts political, business, church and community leaders across the continent of Africa.
AFRICA-ISRAEL CHAMBER OF COMMERCE – A highway of business and ideas between Africa and Israel.
AFRICA CELEBRATES JERUSALEM – A campaign that declares Jerusalem as the eternal capital of the Jewish people and the eternal home of the Christian faith.
THE MZANSI BIBLE – A platform through which Israel is giving the opportunity to every nation in the world which has received the Bible to inscribe it in their indigenous languages, in the handwriting of individual participants, and on scrolls specially prepared in Israel.
The Abrahamic Foundation promotes and funds leadership initiatives and projects through:
THE AFRICAN AGENCY – African agency is established as the apex voice of the African people at home and in the diaspora. A voice beyond politics and government of every nation, race and people group
ADULLAM INSTITUTE – A Christian Faith based non-profit organization that seeks to apply Biblical and Godly principles in the development of society through leadership training programmes, seminars, and workshops.
AFRICA YOUTH CAMP – A platform where African youth can have fellowship with the purpose to fulfill God’s prophetic agenda in Africa and the nations.
THE VOTER EDUCATION CAMPAIGN – Focusses on non-negotiable values that should guide the electorate to avoid sentiments during voting. The Institute for Christian Leadership Development commenced this process in February 2014.
